- Opportunities are available on a first come, first served, and first paid basis. Companies are encouraged to complete payment at the time of purchase. Full payment for all sponsorships must be received within 30 business days of reservation.
- Sponsorship opportunities not paid in full within the required timeframe may be cancelled and returned to available inventory.
- Sponsorship purchases are final, nontransferable, and nonrefundable.
