USSD is looking for individuals with a proven commitment to the dam/levee industry, strong leadership skills, commitment to the USSD mission/vision, and a desire to serve on the USSD Board of Directors. The Board Nomination Handbook contains information that may guide your recommendations. More information on the USSD's nomination and election process can be found on USSD's website.

**Please be aware that submission of this form does not automatically place the individual on the final election ballot. Submissions will be reviewed and vetted by the Nominating Committee prior to the final candidate slate being approved by the USSD Board of Directors.
