2025 USSD Annual Conference & Exhibition

Description

On May 5th-8th, 2025, USSD will welcome more than 900 dam and levee professionals to the City of Fountains, Kansas City, MO, for multiple days of knowledge exchange, networking, and fun.

The conference will still feature more than 130 technical sessions, a plenary session, a Legacy lecture, and a variety of workshops.

Conference and Location Details

By registering for the conference you acknowledge that you understand the USSD Cancellation Policy:

USSD understands that Customers experience demands that result in the need to change plans. In order to balance the need for flexibility for our Customers and the investments made by USSD to provide services, we utilized the following guidelines to manage requests for cancellations, substitutions, and refunds. 

Requests for refunds, substitutions, and cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@ussdams.org. Administrative fees will be applied to all approved refunds after a certain date or outlined time period. The following guidelines reflect the % of funds that will be refunded. Refer to your purchased Product for exact dates. 

These dates apply to the 2025 Annual Conference and Exhibition:

  • On or Before 2/14/1025 = Full Refund 

  • 2/15/25 – 3/14/25 = 90% 

  • 3/15/25 – 4/15/25 = 80% 

  • 4/16/25 or later = no refund 


Substitutions may be made prior to the event or onsite before a person has checked in. Please note that once a registration packet/nametag has been picked up, that person is considered “present or checked in”.
